  • Help prepare and coordinate the transition to a new property management system, for both the operations and revenue management department.

  • Develop and apply ‘best practice’ techniques in revenue, pricing, yield and distribution management to optimally balance availability and demand, continuously increase  revenue potential, optimise occupancy, and meet the key performance indicators.

  • Conduct research on customer needs and demand, competitor development, market trends, and it’s implications for the further improvement of revenue management.

POSITION: In this role you will join the revenue team, which reports to the CCO, and also become a member of the project team that's responsible for the PMS transition.

SELECTION CRITERIA: You are a proactive, data-driven professional with a track record in growing revenues and capitalizing on commercial opportunities, either inside or outside the leisure hotel industry. As such, you bring a powerful mix of analytical and optimisation skills, by really understanding the dynamics between demand, rates, occupancy, length of stay and profitability. Furthermore, you are cooperative and service-minded, and know how to thrive in a multi-cultural environment.
